By accessing saylos-ai.com or using the Saylo AI companion chat service you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept them, please stop using Saylo AI.

2. About the service

Saylo AI provides fictional AI companions that you can exchange messages with. The service is offered for entertainment and companionship purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Saylo AI. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

4. Fictional characters

Every companion on Saylo AI is a fictional character. Names, photographs, biographies and personalities are created content and do not represent any real individual.

5. Not professional advice

Saylo AI does not provide medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. If you need professional support, contact a qualified provider in your area.

6. Emergencies

Saylo AI is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is at risk, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line immediately.

7. Account registration

Some features may require an account. You agree to give accurate details and to keep your login credentials confidential.

8. Account security

You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

9. Acceptable use

10. Prohibited content

14. Fees and subscriptions

Parts of Saylo AI may be offered free of charge while others require payment. Prices and what each plan includes are shown before you purchase.

15. Billing and renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorise the charge for each renewal.

16. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges and access continues until the end of the paid period.

17. Refunds

Except where required by law, payments made to Saylo AI are non-refundable once the corresponding period has begun.

18. Virtual items

Credits, unlocks or other virtual items on Saylo AI hold no monetary value outside the service and cannot be exchanged for cash.

19. Intellectual property

The Saylo AI name, design, text, images, character profiles and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law.

20. Limited licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Saylo AI for your own non-commercial purposes.

21. Your content

You keep ownership of the messages you write. You grant Saylo AI the right to process them as needed to operate the service and generate replies.

22. Feedback

If you send suggestions about Saylo AI, we may use them freely without obligation, compensation or attribution to you.

23. Generated content disclaimer

Companion replies are produced automatically and may be inaccurate, inconsistent or unsuitable. Do not rely on them as statements of fact.

24. Third-party services

Saylo AI may rely on or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

25. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Saylo AI Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
